Sports Club Villa narrowly progressed to the quarter finals of the Stanbic Uganda Cup defeating Maroons 1-0 under the flood lights at Kadiba.

The 9 time winners of the tournament are in a hunt of their first cup glory since 2014 -2015 season.
The Jogoos join Vipers SC, KCCA, NEC and Happy Boys Kagaba which have already booked their spots in the quarter finals of this 52nd edition.
The round of 16 action continues this Friday, 20th March as Express FC host Red Devo at Hamz Stadium Nakivubo.
URA FC will also welcome Teso based regional side, Tapo FC at the same stadium.
