In the ninth minute, Yunus Ssentamu's corner kick was headed by center defender Hillary Mukundane, giving the home team the lead.
With seven minutes remaining to stoppage time, the hosts' substitute, Gusto Mulongo, ultimately doubled their lead after multiple tries during the match.
Two minutes later, Mulongo took advantage of Abdulkarim Watambala's low pass from the left flank to score a brace for himself and the third goal for the home team.
Hilary Mukundane clinched the victory for the Venoms by nodding Usama's free kick into the back of the net, rendering the big league team based in Iganga powerless.
The four time Uganda cup champions join KCCA FC, NEC FC, Kitara FC and Happy Boys Kagaba on quarter finals list while other fixtures will be played today.
